Day Five — Departure Day

Friday, July 31

Safe travels home!

Depending on your flight schedule, you might have time to enjoy the resort or the city for a few hours. Check out is at 12 noon but they will hold your bags and allow you a full day if you have a later flight.

We hope you leave with full hearts, sandy shoes, and maybe a slight margarita glow. Thank you for traveling to celebrate with us — it means the world.

Wedding Attire

We want everyone to look super nice, feel comfortable, and have fun with color. Think tropical, vibrant, and dressed‑up, but still breathable for a warm July evening in Puerto Vallarta.
Chris recommends not to wear wool.

For the Ladies

  • Bright, fun colors

  • Flowy dresses, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits

  • Light, breathable fabrics (linen, cotton, chiffon)

  • Comfortable shoes for walking on garden pathways

  • Avoid anything too heavy — it will be warm!

For Our Guys

  • Light suits are welcome but not required

  • Button‑down shirt + nice pants is perfect

  • Linen or lightweight fabrics encouraged

  • No jackets or heavy materials needed

  • Feel free to skip the tie

Overall Vibe

Tropical Cocktail / Garden Chic

Colorful, polished, and celebratory — but nothing overly formal. We want everyone to look great and stay cool.

A Helpful Note

The ceremony and reception are outdoors in the garden, so breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes will make the night much more enjoyable.
